One (1) high school senior from each of the 17 congressional districts in Los Angeles County will be select to serve as a Teen Representative (Teen Rep) for all student constituents.  Teen Reps will need to be familiar with their government representatives, including their city council member, mayor, county supervisor assemblyperson, state and federal senators, and congressperson.  Each Teen Rep will create a video diary introducing themselves and the congressional district they represent. They will serve as the voice for student constituents who cannot vote but deserve to be heard.
